04 — FAQ

Common questions.

How quickly can you start?
For most engagements, we can kick off within 1–2 weeks of signing the scope. For urgent work, we sometimes have flex hours available the same week.
Do you work with non-Indian clients?
Yes. We work remote-first with clients globally and have prior delivery experience supporting US, UK, and European enterprises.
Can you augment our existing engineering team?
Absolutely. Many of our engagements are staff augmentation — we plug into your existing tools, processes, and team rituals as an extension of your team.
How do you handle confidentiality and IP?
All engagements include a mutual NDA and a clear IP-assignment clause — code we write for you is yours. Standard practice for enterprise consulting.
Do you offer fixed-price or time-and-materials?
Both. Fixed-price for well-defined scopes, T&M (or retainer) for evolving work. We'll recommend whichever fits the engagement.
What's not in your wheelhouse?
Native mobile (iOS/Android), pure design work, and hardware/embedded. We do AI/ML integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models, image generation), but not novel ML model research or training large models from scratch. For anything outside our scope, we refer to specialists we trust.
